The plaintiffs, the city of Bridgeport (city) and the city’s board of park commissioners, appeal 1 from the judgment of the trial court dismissing their appeal from the decision of the defendant, the plan and zoning commission of the town of Fairfield, granting the defendant’s own application to change the zoning designation of certain property owned by the city in the town of Fairfield (town).
