Opinion

FLYNN, C. J.

The plaintiff, Andrea Wilson, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered following the granting of a motion for a directed verdict in favor of the defendant, Wilhelmina Jefferson, on the plaintiffs amended complaint. The plaintiff initiated the present action in Superior Court after the defendant, her landlord, was unsuccessful in a summary process action against her. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly directed a verdict in favor of the defendant on all counts of her amended complaint. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
