The plaintiffs, Josephine Gaida and Jack Gaida, appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing their appeal from the decision of the defendant, the planning and zoning commission of the city of Shelton (commission), approving an amendment to the zoning map that changed the zone of the plaintiffs’ property from a primarily light industrial zone (LA-2) with a small portion in a residential zone (R-l) to an entirely residential zone.
