MOORE, Justice.
The murder indictments in these cases were drawn under G.S.: 15-144. Defendant, before trial, filed a motion for a bill of particulars requiring the State to make an election as to whether the murders were done with premeditation and deliberation, or in the perpetration or attempt to perpetrate arson.
