This case comes to us on the petition of O. H. Pigford for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to review and revise the judgment of that Court.

Our study of the opinion of the Court of Appeals raises serious questions concerning the factual situation involved in this cause. However, the contentions advanced by the petitioner can only be supported by a reference to the original record in the case.
