BISHOP, Judge.

Appellees, Joseph J. Katz (“Katz”) and Ernestine K. Feldman Wiesenfeld (“Wiesenfeld”), and other minority shareholders of Independent Distributors, Inc., formerly known as The Zamoiski Co. (the “Company”), filed a complaint in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City against appellants—the Company, the Waterview Land Co. Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”), and nine individuals who were shareholders, directors, or officers of the Company and partners in the Partnership. The trial court dismissed all of the plaintiffs from the case except Katz and Wiesenfeld. The court then held…
