(MBNA) and Valley Motors, Inc., appellants, alleging: (1) breach of express warranty; (2) breach of implied warranty; (3) violation of the Unfair or Deceptive Trade Practices provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Md.Com.Law II Code Ann. § 13-301 et seq.
