In this lawyer disciplinary proceeding, the Oregon State Bar (Bar) filed a complaint against lawyer John Bour-cier (the accused) on October 19, 1994. The accused was personally served with a copy of the Formal Complaint and Notice to Answer on November 23, 1994.
