In this lawyer disciplinary proceeding, a trial panel of the Disciplinary Board concluded that the accused had violated DR 7-106(A) (prohibiting disregard of rulings of tribunal) and DR 1-102(A)(4) (prohibiting conduct prejudicial to administration of justice) by failing to comply with a document production order in 1993 and by failing to comply with a child support order in 1997.
