VALLÉE, J.

Appeal by plaintiff from an adverse judgment in an action for breach of contract and conversion. The litigation arose out of an accounting for 103 television sets returned by plaintiff to defendant Kaye-Halbert Corpora tion. The issues are between plaintiff and defendant KayeHalbert Corporation, referred to as defendant.

Defendant is a California corporation manufacturing television sets in Los Angeles. Plaintiff is a Missouri corporation which served as a distributor for defendant’s television sets in St. Louis. Plaintiff had purchased sets from defendant.
