PAIR, Associate Judge, Retired:

In this disciplinary proceeding, the Board on Professional Responsibility found that respondent, a member of the District of Columbia Bar, engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice in violation of DR 1-102(A)(5) on three separate occasions. 1 The Board also found that respondent violated DR 6-101(A)(3) by neglecting a legal matter entrusted to him.
