In this disciplinary proceeding, the Board on Professional Responsibility (Board) concluded, consistent with the report of a Hearing Committee, that respondent, a member of the District of Columbia Bar, twice neglected a legal matter entrusted to him in violation of DR 6-101(A)(3), and once engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice in violation of DR 1-102(A)(5).
