The court has before it the Report and Recommendation of the Board on Professional Responsibility that Respondent Lee Landesberg neglected a case and misrepresented to the client in violation of DR 6-101(A)(3), 2-106(A), and 1-102(A)(4), and should be suspended from the practice of law for 60 days and be directed to repay an unearned fee.
