MEMORANDUM OPINION
HUVELLE, District Judge.
Plaintiff, a former eniployee of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), has brought suit under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, codified as amended at 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., claiming retaliation and constructive discharge. In light of an earlier Title VII suit filed by plaintiff against this defendant, defendant has moved to dismiss this action based on the doctrine of res judicata. 1 For the reasons stated below, the Court concludes that defendant’s motion should be denied in part and granted in part, but it will require plaintiff…
