This is the second action that Plaintiff Sheila Alford (“Plaintiff’ or “Alford”), a paraplegic who requires the use of a wheelchair, has filed against her former employer, Defendant Providence Hospital (“Defendant” or “Providence”), challenging the termination of her employment as an office worker at Providence Hospital.
