I. INTRODUCTION
In this action brought pro se under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.; the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 701 et seq.; and the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 2601 et seq., plaintiff sues his former employer, the Department of Treasury’s Bureau of Engraving and Printing (“BEP”), for retaliation and disability discrimination. 1 Compl. at 1.
