Plaintiff brought suit to recover for the alleged wrongful death of Bruno Jaworski who died in a fire which swept the Edgewater Park ballroom at Seven Mile and Lahser roads in Wayne county on the night of October 3, 1954. Jaworski *323was a member of a dance band playing an engagement at the ballroom on the night in question. His body was found in the ruins the next day. Plaintiff claimed numerous acts of negligence on the part of the building owners. The jury returned a verdict of,not guilty, or no cause of action. From an order denying a motion for new trial this appeal is taken.
