Plaintiff instituted suit .in the Wayne county circuit court against Leonard Han-kins, doing business as Hankins Motor Sales, and Edward Staniak, doing business as Staniak Motor Sales, to recover for severe personal injuries sustained in a collision at the intersection of highway M-97 and Frazho road in the city of Warren, Michigan, on January 12, 1956. Defendant Hankins was the owner of a 1955 Buick which was being operated by Roger Nagy, an agent and employee of-defendant Staniak.
