MANTON, Circuit Judge.

This suit is for infringement of claims 7 and 10 of the Sundback slider patent, No. 1,661,144, relating to fastener sliders, granted to plaintiff’s assignor on February 28, 1928; application filed January 27, 1925. It is used to mesh and unmesh the interlocking units arranged along the sides of a slide fastener. Claim 7 is for “a separable fastener slider comprising overlying spaced wings having inturned edges and having an internal reinforcing connection of deformed wing material extending longitudinally along the axis of said slider between said edges.” Claim 10…
