Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of New York. Suit in equity by the General Electric Company against the EacoPhilips Company for infringement of claims 1, 2, and 3 of letters patent No. 1,018,502, for incandescent bodies for electric lamps, granted February 27, 1912, to Just & Hanaman. Decree for complainant, and defendant appeals.

[1] The inventors state their object and their claims in language characterized by clearness and simplicity. They say:
“The present invention has for its object incandescing filaments for incandescent electric lights or lamps composed of substantially pure tungsten.”
