Plaintiff appeals from an order granting the motion of defendants to quash service of summons upon them on the ground of lack of jurisdiction based upon plaintiff’s noneomplianee with Code of Civil Procedure section 830. The sole issue which this appeal poses is whether the posting of a cash deposit with the clerk of the trial court pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1054a 2 satisfies the undertaking required by section 830 in a libel action.
