This is a petition for a writ of mandamus asking that an order of the superior court be set aside and that the court be required to take jurisdiction over two foreign corporations. The court has ordered that summons directed to the corporations and served on the Secretary of State be quashed. Apparently this was done on the basis that the two defendants were not doing business in the state at any time prior to the proceedings.
