Appellant Alvis E. Dowty was convicted in Craighead County Circuit Court of one count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, for which he was sentenced to a term of fifteen years’ imprisonment and a fine in the amount of$10,000; one count of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, for which he was sentenced to a term of three years’ imprisonment and a fine of $2500; and one count of possession of a controlled substance, for which he was fined $100.
