Appellant, Timothy Davis, was convicted by a jury of capital murder and Class Y felony kidnapping. The circuit court sentenced him to life imprisonment on the capital murder, a concurrent fifteen years’ imprisonment on the kidnapping, and five years’ imprisonment on a firearm enhancement to be served consecutively to the kidnapping sentence.
