This is an action at law brought by the plaintiff against the defendants Liquidators, a corporation, and Frank H. Beeves, to recover damages arising from the wrongful conversion of plaintiff’s property by and through the acts of the defendants.
During the course of the trial the action was dismissed as against the defendant Beeves and proceeded to judgment only as against the defendant Liquidators, a corporation. In this opinion we will refer to Liquidators, a corporation, as the defendant.
