This is an action for damages for what is alleged to have been a wrongful attachment of plaintiff’s *351wages. Plaintiff appeals from a judgment for defendant notwithstanding a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff for $376 in special damages, $6,000 in general damages and $10,000 in punitive damages. Plaintiff also appeals from an alternative order for a new trial.
