The plaintiff, White & Case LLP, filed a complaint in this Court asserting that it is entitled to an informant’s award, pursuant to 19 U.S.C § 1619, for original information it provided defendant United States (“Government”) regarding the importation of brake rotors from China in violation of the customs laws. The Government has moved to dismiss the complaint under Rule 12(b)(6) of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims (“RCFC”).
