This is an action by Jackson Materials Company, a corporation, against the Grand River Dam Authority to recover for certain alleged extra work done as subcontractor in the construction, of the Grand River Dam and power house. Massman Construction Company, of Kansas City, herein referred to as Massman, was the principal contractor.
