The plaintiff appeals from the trial court’s judgment rendered in favor of the defendant Ann D. Ross, who has filed a cross appeal.1 The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly (1) permitted the defendant to invoke fraud as a defense, (2) found an agency relationship between the defendant’s husband and the plaintiff, and (3) imputed the fraud of the defendant’s husband to the plaintiff.
