The defendant appeals, following a trial to the court, from the judgment in favor of the plaintiff in an action brought to enforce a California judgment. The defendant claims that the trial court *651improperly (1) found that the California court had jurisdiction over the defendant and (2) denied his special defense of unreasonable disposition of collateral in violation of article nine of the Uniform Commercial Code.
