Error from Superior Court, Tulsa County; M. A Breekenridge, Judge. Action by F. W. Purdy against the City of Tulsa, its Board of Commissioners, the Cemetery Board, and other city officials, for an injunction. There was judgment for the plaintiff ; defendants bring error. Reversed.

This is an appeal by the city of Tulsa and its municipal oiixcers from an order of injuu.tion. perpetually restraining them from the use and occupation of a tract of land adjoining the municipal cemetery located within the incorporated limits of said city, and purchased for the purpose of enlarging and improving the cemetery grounds.
