G-old, hereinafter called plaintiff, brought suit against Helen Cold Killeen and Rosa Cold, as executrices of the estate of Martin Cold, deceased, hereinafter called defendants, on a claim for services alleged to have been rendered by plaintiff for decedent during a term of twelve years, on an agreement with the latter that they would be paid for upon decedent’s death.
