THE COURT.

A petition for hearing in this case was granted to the end that further consideration be given to the contentions of the plaintiffs. On such consideration, we agree with the disposition of the appeal by the District Court of Appeal of the Fourth Appellate District and adopt, with a slight deletion, the opinion of that court, prepared by Presiding Justice Barnard, as the opinion of this court. It is as follows:
