Plaintiff, Interinsurance Exchange of the Automobile Club of Southern California, appeals from an adverse judgment rendered in its declaratory relief action against defendants Gabriel Alcivar, Myrna Alcivar, and Olga Samkow. The judgment declares that Myma Alcivar and Olga Samkow “are entitled to uninsured motorist coverage benefits under their insurance policies issued by plaintiff.”
