In this real property dispute, appellants challenge the district court’s conclusion that the subject property could not be adversely possessed or abandoned as a matter of law and findings that appellants failed to establish adverse possession or abandonment. Appellants also challenge the denial of their demand for a jury trial and them motion to amend the complaint. Finally, appellants challenge the district court’s declaration excluding them from part of the property.
