—This is an action by the plaintiff, the San Gabriel Valley Country Club, against the county of Los Angeles to recover damages for injury alleged to have been done the plaintiff’s land by the construction of certain storm drains by the defendant county and to enjoin the further use of those drains. The trial court found that the plaintiff’s land had, in fact, been damaged by the construe tion and the use of the drains and awarded the plaintiff damages, but refused an injunction.
