Plaintiffs appeal from an order granting defendant’s motion for a new trial. Plaintiffs, husband and wife, received personal injuries when the automobile which plaintiff C. A. Krebs was driving, and in which plaintiff Grace Krebs was a passenger, was struck by a street car of defendant railway company.
