This is an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment awarding costs and attorneys’ fees after the abandonment of an action in eminent domain.

Questions Presented

Several questions have been presented by this appeal. One of the questions presented is whether the trial judge was disqualified from sitting or acting in the proceeding for the determination of costs, disbursements, expenses, and attorneys’ fees brought pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1255a.
