Appeal from judgment in favor of defendants after order sustaining demurrer to plaintiff’s complaint without leave to amend.

The complaint in substance states that on September 7, 1923, the Bank of Italy brought suit in the Superior Court of the City and County of San Francisco against the plaintiffs in this action to recover certain sums of money claimed by said bank to have been received by the plaintiffs in this action for and on behalf of said bank.
