¶ 1 American Independent Insurance Company (hereinafter “AIIC” or “Appellant”) appeals the trial court’s order compelling AIIC to provide independent counsel to Edra Crespo (Ms. Crespo), and to her son, E.S., in a Declaratory Judgment action.
