*489 Appellant, Donald E. Haviland, Jr. (Haviland), appeals from the order denying his petition for a preliminary or special injunction to disqualify retired Judge Mark Bernstein (Bernstein) as the court-appointed neutral arbitrator in this matter. For the reasons that follow, we quash this appeal.
