Tamerlane, Ltd. v. United States
Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
WARE, District Judge.
In 2005, Appellants Park Terrace Limited (“Park Terrace”) and Mullica West Limited (“Mullica”) filed this lawsuit against the United States alleging, inter alia, that the government had breached loan contracts between itself and the parties. Appellants appeal from a final judgment of the United States Court of Federal Claims dismissing the lawsuit on the ground that the claims accrued in 1991 and 1992 and are, therefore, barred by the six- year statute of limitations of the Tucker Act. Tamerlane, Ltd. v. United States, 80 Fed.Cl. 724 (2008). We affirm.
