INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Nat S. Whitaker (“Plaintiff’) brings this three-count Complaint against his former employer, Haynes Construction Company, Inc. (“Defendant”). In Count One, Plaintiff claims violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, based upon racial discrimination.
