Plaintiff Audrin Desardouin, a black male of Haitian descent who owns and operates a men’s clothing store, filed this federal action against Defendant United States Parcel Service, Inc., alleging state tort law violations and causes of action for racial and ethnic discrimination under a number of federal and state statutes in connection with the defendant’s treatment of him as its customer and addressee.
