Plaintiff: claiming to be the owner of an undivided one-half interest in two hundred acres of land situate in Modoc County, brought this action against defendants to obtain a decree adjudging that they have no interest therein, and adjudging that a certain deed and certain powers of attorney under which defendant Walker claims to be the owner of such land are void. This land has been granted by United States patent to plaintiff and the legal representatives of the estate of Patrick Beddy, deceased, in lieu of a portion of certain land owned by them situated within the limits of the Sierra…
