Quinn, Chief Judge:

Among other offenses, the accused was charged with three specifications of carnal knowledge of his then six-year-old daughter, in violation of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 920. He was convicted of the lesser offense of taking indecent liberties with a minor. The court-martial imposed a sentence which included a dishonorable discharge and confinement at hard labor for six years.
