FERGUSON, Judge:

This case has been here before upon the certified issue whether the accused was entitled to a continuance in order to avail himself of the services of a particular military defense counsel. At that time, we reversed the board of review’s decision that the continuance should have been granted and remanded the case for further appellate proceedings. See United States v Massey, 14 USCMA 486, 34 CMR 266.
