FERGUSON, Judge:

Upon a rehearing conducted before a general court-martial appointed by the Commander, 41st Air Division, and meeting at Yokota Air Force Base, Japan, accused was found guilty of graft, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 134, 10 USC § 934. He was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to the grade of airman basic.
