The defendant, Jill P. Eder, appeals from the decision of the trial court denying her motion to discharge a mechanic’s lien filed by the plaintiff, Stone-Krete Construction, Inc., in this action for the foreclosure of a mechanic’s lien. The defendant contends that the trial court improperly concluded that the mechanic’s lien complied with the “subscribed and sworn to” requirements of General Statutes § 49-34 (1) (C)1 because the hen did not contain a written recital of an oath swearing to the truth of the facts contained in the lien and because the jurat2 executed by a…
