“$34,000.00. Los Angeles, California, July 2, 1924.
“In installments and at the times hereinafter stated, for value received, we, jointly and severally, promise to pay to Commercial Mortgage Company, a corporation, or order, at its offices in Los Angeles, California, the principal sum of Thirty-four thousand and no/100 Dollars, with interest from date on the amount of principal remaining from time to time unpaid until said principal sum is paid at the rate of twelve per cent…
